PORTRAITURE

Am I the right portrait photographer for you?

I have been working as a professional photographer for more than a decade and take pride in my work. I edit each portrait to correct skin blemishes and imperfections for a flawless complexion. I also use editing software to give my images a “wow” factor. I produce portraits with true-to-life coloring and crisp clarity. I also love to create black and white portraits and occasionally portraits with a vintage vibe.

I do the majority of my outdoor portrait photography in the late afternoon and early evening when the lighting is mild and golden. I have a small studio for indoor portrait sessions where I use both natural and studio lighting. I also have portable lighting that I bring to outdoor sessions for an edgier, more dramatic look for some of my images.

I believe quality portraits are the treasured keepsakes of today and the heirlooms of tomorrow. They become some of our most valued possessions and are irreplaceable. During a portrait session, I strive to capture the essence of my subject and do my best to make my client feel comfortable. I’ve lost count of the clients who will tell me they (or their son or daughter) felt nervous and apprehensive, but the nervousness melted away and the session ended up being fun. And it should be fun! Professional photos should express a client’s unique individuality. The location, the props, the clothing—it should all come together to tell a story about who a person is.

SENIORS

I have photographed hundreds of high school seniors. I enjoy capturing their diverse personalities and producing images that will showcase who they are as they transition into adulthood and embark on new chapters in their young lives.

SENIOR PRICING

OPTION #1

$225. One-hour session. Yields 15 edited, high resolution digital images that the client will receive on a flash drive along with a print release.  Two to three outfit changes and one location (unless the locations are right next to each other). A small travel fee may apply depending on the location.  The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images. The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below).

OPTION #2

$450. Two-hour session. Yields 30 edited, high resolution digital images. Up to five outfit changes and two locations. A small travel fee may apply depending on the location. The client will receive their edited images on a flash drive along with a print release.  The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images. The client can also purchase whichever prints they may desire at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)

OPTION #3

$540. Two-hour session. Yields 40 edited high resolution digital images.  Up to five outfit changes and two locations. A small travel fee may apply depending on the locations. The client will receive their edited images on a flash drive along with a print release.  The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images. The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)

OPTION #4 – Deluxe senior session 

$950. Four-hour session. Yields 70 edited high resolution digital images. Up to 10 outfit changes and four locations. A small travel fee may apply depending on locations. The client will receive their edited images on a flash drive along with a print release. ***This four-hour session is not shot all at once. It is divided into two, or three, or even four separate sessions on different days, typically during different seasons of the year.  The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. OPTION #5 

$325. 90-minute session. Yields 20 edited, high resolution digital images. Up to four outfits and one to two locations. (Locations should be fairly close together.) A small travel fee may apply depending on location. The client will receive their edited images on a flash drive along with a print release. The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)

OPTION #6 – Senior mini session

$100. Senior mini session. 30 minutes. Yields 5 edited, high resolution digital images. One outfit, one location. A small travel fee may apply depending on location. The client will receive their edited images on a flash drive along with a print release. The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)

 

FAMILY SESSIONS

ONE HOUR FAMILY SESSION

$225. Yields 15 edited images that the client will receive on a flash drive along with a print release.  One location. A small travel fee may apply depending on the location. (The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images.) The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.) ****Note: For large family groups that will require more than 15 edited images, a longer session may be necessary.  Also, my studio is small and is not suited for large groups. If your group is large the portrait session will likely need to be outdoors. 

90-MINUTE FAMILY SESSION

$325. Yields 20 edited images. This session is designed for clients who don’t want a full two-hour session but who want more than 15 edited images.  The client will receive the edited images on a flash drive along with a print release.  One location. A small travel fee may apply depending on the location. (The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images.) The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)

ONE HOUR CHILDREN’S SESSION

$225. Yields 15 edited images that the client will receive on a flash drive along with a print release.  One location. A small travel fee may apply depending on location. ONE HOUR COUPLES / ENGAGEMENT SESSION

$225. Yields 15 edited images that the client will receive on a flash drive along with a print release.  One location. ONE HOUR MATERNITY SESSION

OTHER TYPES OF SESSIONS

PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOTS – MINI SESSION

$100. 30 minutes. One location. Can be in the studio or outdoors. Two outfits. Yields 5 edited, high resolution images. The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images. 

PROFESSIONAL HEAD SHOTS – HALF MINI SESSION

$50. 15 minutes. One location. Can be in the studio or outdoors. One outfit. Yields 2 edited, high resolution images. The price includes the session fee as well as the digital images. 

 

ONE HOUR FASHION / FANTASY SESSION

Yields 15 edited images that the client will receive on a flash drive along with a print release.  Fashion / fantasy sessions typically involve more editing than standard sessions and more outfit changes. One hour sessions start at $250. The client can also purchase prints at an additional cost. (See individual print pricing below.)
